ADIPOSITY ATLAS · METABOLIC HEALTH

A metabolic health assessment can combine measurements, laboratory results and your health history to provide a more complete starting point. The value is in interpretation and context, not in treating one marker as a verdict.
What information can add context?
A clinician may consider body composition, blood pressure, glucose-related markers, lipids, thyroid-related results and relevant symptoms. Nutrition, activity, sleep, medication history and family history also matter. Which tests are appropriate depends on your circumstances.
What an assessment cannot do
A report cannot diagnose every condition, predict exactly how your body will respond or replace a medical consultation. Results can vary with timing, recent illness and other factors. An abnormal number should be discussed with a qualified professional rather than interpreted in isolation.
The Adiposity Atlas is designed to organise multiple inputs into a physician-reviewed overview and a clearer discussion of possible next steps. Ask your care team what each finding means for you.
For general education only. This article is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a substitute for an individual consultation. Discuss treatment decisions with a qualified healthcare professional.
