GLP DONE RIGHT · TRAINING

When body weight changes, some loss of lean mass can occur alongside fat loss. Supporting strength and adequate nutrition can help preserve function, whether or not medication is part of a clinician-supervised plan.
Make strength training practical
Resistance exercise can be adapted to your starting point. A programme might use bodyweight movements, machines or free weights, with gradual progression and enough recovery. A qualified coach or clinician can help tailor it if you have limitations or medical concerns.
Eat enough to support the plan
Protein, fibre, fluids and a variety of nutrient-rich foods all deserve attention. If appetite is reduced during GLP-1 treatment, discuss your intake and any persistent digestive symptoms with your care team rather than relying on supplements alone.
Track what matters to you, such as strength, energy, daily function and body composition where appropriate. GLP Done Right places training and nutrition alongside medical monitoring, because weight on its own cannot show the full picture.
