GLP DONE RIGHT · WEIGHT LOSS

Prescription GLP-1 treatment may be appropriate for some people, but obtaining a medicine is not the same as having a care plan. GLP Done Right frames treatment as a system around the prescription, with attention to nutrition, strength, monitoring and habits.
Ask about eligibility and monitoring
A prescriber should consider your medical history, existing medicines, relevant contraindications and treatment goals. Ask what follow-up is planned, how side effects will be assessed and when to seek urgent care. Dosing and treatment changes should always be made with your clinician.
Support nutrition and function
A reduced appetite can make it harder to meet nutrition needs. Discuss adequate food, protein, fibre and fluids with your care team. Strength training and appropriate body-composition monitoring can help you focus on function as well as the scale.
Behaviour and environment matter too. A sustainable plan should include routines you can maintain and a conversation about what happens if treatment changes or stops. Individual results vary, and this article does not recommend a medicine for any particular person.
For general education only. This article is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a substitute for an individual consultation. Discuss treatment decisions with a qualified healthcare professional.
